Formal assessments for Customer Service Excellence are carried out by any of the four licensed certification bodies. Each of these bodies can assess your organisation and, if you are successful, certify that you have achieved Customer Service Excellence.
As of 30th September 2022, SGS will no longer be a certification body for CSE. All SGS CSE certificates will become void on 30th March 2023, or at your recertification date - whichever is sooner. To protect your accredited status, you must transfer to one of the other 3 certification bodies before the end of March 2023.
