Certification Bodies

Formal assessments for Customer Service Excellence are carried out by any of the three licensed certification bodies. Each of these bodies can assess your organisation and, if you are successful, certify that you have achieved Customer Service Excellence. 

Customer Service Excellence is regulated by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).  Please note below the bodies that have UKAS accreditation for the scheme.
