Reward and recognition

Once your organisation has been successfully awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard you will be certified as a holder. Organisations will receive a certificate as an acknowledgment of this achievement by their certification body.

The certificate can be displayed by your business/organisation to show that you are certified with the standard. The name of the organisation and contact details will also be included in the Directory of Holders on the Customer Service Excellence website.

We encourage organisations to promote their success through holding their own events within their local community. Information on ways of promoting your achievement is included in the communication tools page.
